As Property Management Specialists, Foyle and Foyle eases the burden of rental responsibilities for our property owners.  We make ourselves available to handle a variety of property management tasks:   

Servicing of all tenant correspondence:

  • Provide quick response to all tenant inquiries and maintenance issues
  • Coordinate service calls with qualified contractors to address maintenance issues
  • Maintain records of all tenant communications

Collection of all rents and fees:

  • Promote prompt rental receipt collections and distributions
  • Take action on all delinquent accounts

Maintenance, repairs, and improvements:

  • Coordination of all landlord approved interior and exterior maintenance and repair items
  • Provide property reconditioning, including: painting, new carpet installations, and cleaning services
  • Offer and plan improvements for property to obtain optimal monthly rental income

Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping:

  • Rental proceeds disbursed monthly by Accounting Department
  • Pay all expenses and bills associated with the property
  • Provide monthly income and expense report with each owner draw

Online Access:

  • Setup online access for owners to review monthly statements and maintenance issues/requests
  • Communicate with management team
  • Setup automatic deposits to checking account


  • Research the market area to determine the optimal monthly rental amount
  • Market rental property on the MLS Realtor system, Foyle and Foyle website, various rental sites and additional social media outlets
  • Provide property signage
  • Show rental property to prospective tenants
  • Screen all rental applicants on credit history, employment verification, criminal and sexual offender background checks, and any prior evictions
  • Prepare, present, and execute leases as â??Agent for Ownerâ?? to prospective tenants as well as cancel and modify leases.
  • Conduct â??walk-throughâ?? of the property after notice to vacate received from tenant
  • Work with landlord and tenant regarding timely release of agreed upon security deposit
